Stakeholder Analysis
In the first part of the project we were asked to write down the names of the stakeholders, their roles, their involvement with our specific company project, the impact that they could have on the project, their power or influence on the project, their interest in the overall success of the project, and their day-to-day engagement.
Understanding Stakeholder Needs:
For the second part of the project, we needed to place each stakeholder in a grid, where the higher up the more power they had and the more to the right the more interest they had in it.
Prioritizing Stakeholders:
